You can keep the stems and leaves of the strawberries for the easy holding of strawberries when coating with chocolate or they can be cut off and you can insert a cake pop stick or a small decorated toothpick.

DairyFree Chocolate Covered Strawberries are made with just three ingredients. Easy and quick to make and delicious!


  • 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips

  • 1/2 tablespoon dairy free butter

  • 15 strawberries


  • Add the chocolate chips and butter to a microwave safe bowl. Place in the microwave and cook on high heat for 15 seconds.
  • Take out and stir with a spoon, if there are still chunks of chocolate repeat the process but reduce the cooking time to 5 seconds. Once done stir with the spoon to blend well.melted dairy free chocolate in a bowl
  • Meanwhile, wash and dry the strawberries. On a plate or a tray place either parchment paper or plastic wrap to prevent the strawberries from sticking to it.wrapping the plate with a plastic wrap
  • Once the chocolate has been melted take a strawberry and dip it in the mixture then place it on the prepared plate. Repeat with all the strawberries. Once done place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set the chocolate.covering the strawberries with dairy free chocolate
