Ingredients
1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
1/2 tablespoon dairy free butter
15 strawberries
Steps
- Add the chocolate chips and butter to a microwave safe bowl. Place in the microwave and cook on high heat for 15 seconds.
- Take out and stir with a spoon, if there are still chunks of chocolate repeat the process but reduce the cooking time to 5 seconds. Once done stir with the spoon to blend well.
- Meanwhile, wash and dry the strawberries. On a plate or a tray place either parchment paper or plastic wrap to prevent the strawberries from sticking to it.
- Once the chocolate has been melted take a strawberry and dip it in the mixture then place it on the prepared plate. Repeat with all the strawberries. Once done place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set the chocolate.
- Now you can either eat the strawberries as is or decorate them however you like. Enjoy!
