Three Ingredient Air Fried Pizza is amazing. It is dairy & gluten free and ready in less than 20 minutes! You can top it with any of your favourite toppings, here I have only used pizza sauce and dairy free cheese as my son loves just cheese pizza.
Allergen Free Three Ingredient Air Fried Pizza
This pizza dough only uses three ingredients – all purpose flour, yogurt and a pinch of salt. To make it allergy friendly, these are the following substitutes to use:
- Yogurt: I used vegan oat milk based plain yogurt, you can use any of your favourite dairy free yogurts.
- All Purpose Flour: as always I used a gluten free all purpose flour.
- You can add spices to your dough, like basil, oregano, or garlic powder.
Handling the Pizza Dough
The dough might be sticky or break when transferred to the air fryer, I would suggest doing the following:
- If the dough is breaking you might want to add water or more yogurt
- Use more flour if the dough is sticky
- Avoid using a rolling pin to flatten the dough, as it tends to break it apart too much.
- Cut parchment paper/foil to the size of an air fryer and flatten out the dough on it so its easier to move
- Use a flat wide spatula to move the dough.
Cooking the Dough
You can cook the dough in a conventional oven if you do not have an air fryer. I cooked the dough for 15 minutes but I burnt the cheese in the process and I thought the dough still needed a little more cooking time. So I would recommend cooking the dough for 5 minutes before adding the toppings.
Storing the Two Ingredient Air Fried Pizza
You can freeze the dough, either pre-cooked or after air frying.

Ingredients
- Dough
1 cup gluten free all purpose flour
pinch salt
5 tablespoon dairy free yogurt
- Toppings
pizza sauce
dairy free cheese
Steps
- Mix all the dough ingredients into a ball

- Sprinkle the surface with some flour, and flatten the dough into a circular shape by hand

- Add your toppings

- Place in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 350 F
